Welcome to Sorcore ("Sorcore", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using sorcore.com (the "Site") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Sorcore. By creating an account, you represent that this information is true.
To access certain features, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may provide invite codes and referral rewards. Referral benefits apply only when conditions described on the Site are met, including paid purchases by referred users. We may audit and revoke rewards for abuse or fraud.
You may purchase GPU plans using Stripe (cards/bank) or supported cryptocurrencies. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.
Crypto payments must be sent to the exact address and network specified at checkout. Transactions are irreversible and may require blockchain confirmations before activation. Network fees and exchange fluctuations are your responsibility.
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe subject to Stripe’s terms. We do not store full card details. Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Following successful payment, we provision your purchased GPU plan as described on the product page. Performance ranges are estimated and not guaranteed; actual returns may vary.
Any earnings or returns displayed are illustrative. Your actual results may differ due to market conditions, network fees, hardware performance, and other factors outside our control.
Withdrawals of funds are available only after GPU sell requests are approved and completed, or as otherwise specified in your plan. Additional verification may be required prior to withdrawal.
You may request to sell a purchased GPU plan through the Site. Approval is subject to our marketplace availability and policy. Fees may apply for early liquidation or as described in the product terms.
Sorcore does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Information on the Site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of profits.
You agree not to misuse the Site or services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
If you submit content (e.g., reviews, messages), you grant Sorcore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for service delivery and promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may use your account and usage data (such as email, plan selections, and engagement) for legitimate marketing purposes, including sending promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing emails via provided unsubscribe links.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, chargebacks, or as required by law. Upon termination, certain rights and obligations will survive.
We may modify or discontinue features, and update pricing or plan details at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email where practical.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorcore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sorcore in the 6 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction shown on the Site. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, the exclusive venue will be the competent courts in our principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law.
